On Our Anniversary

 When we began, I don’t even think we even realized it. We weren’t looking for the ride, we were merely going along for the fun of it. And then somewhere along the way, I looked down at your hand holding mine and realized I never wanted to go too far away from your touch. 
 Together we have built a life and lived a dream. Becoming your wife has been the joy of my existence. If I accomplish nothing else before the last note of this sweet song that we call our life rings out, know that I have accomplished more than I imagined possible. I have had the exquisite opportunity of living day after day, year after year knowing what it feels like to give and receive true love.
